As a Luxury High Heels Retail Consultant, you’ll be part of an exciting boutique launch, helping women find the perfect heels that make them feel powerful, confident, and effortlessly chic.

Your Role:

  • Be a part of an exclusive new boutique opening, shaping the luxury experience from day one.

  • Provide expert styling advice, guiding women to heels that elevate their style and confidence.

  • Deliver a personalized, high-touch shopping experience with a warm and refined approach.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, curating a loyal customer base for our new location.

  • Maintain the boutique’s elegant ambiance, ensuring every detail reflects our luxury brand.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A deep love for luxury fashion, especially designer footwear.

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, styling, or personal shopping is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills.

  • A refined sense of style and an intuitive ability to understand women’s fashion needs.

  • Enthusiasm for being part of a boutique launch and shaping its success.

At our exclusive Atelier in Cape Town, we are on the hunt for the crème de la crème in dressmaking talent, encompassing roles for

Junior, Senior, Full-Time, and Part-Time Dressmakers.

This role is a rare opportunity to engage in the intricate tailoring and hand sewing of luxurious European fabrics, employing high-end couture techniques. We are seeking individuals with exceptional hand-sewing skills or those highly adept at minute, detailed work such as needlework embroidery. Mastery in hand-sewing and hand-embroidery is vital, as all our dresses boast these exquisite details.

Our selection process is strict and rigorous, ensuring only the most skilled and dedicated artisans join our team.

Machine sewing skills are secondary to us. What we primarily seek are candidates with an uncompromising eye for detail and a relentless pursuit of perfection.

Our unique approach involves draping patterns directly on the mannequin, thus proficiency in conventional cut, make, and trim (cut) skills is not a necessity.

We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, even those without formal education in Fashion. However, excellence in craftsmanship is non-negotiable. Candidates selected for an interview must present recent work showcasing finished garments or sample swatches. Should these not be readily available, they should be prepared specifically for the interview.
